On the 19th, President Cheon-soo Cha of Cheongju University interviewed Chinese students in the small meeting room on the 2nd floor of the main building to hear about their difficulties.

Seven Chinese international students who were interviewed with the university president of the day are currently attending undergraduate and graduate schools, and have been quarantined for 14 days.

The meeting was prepared to hear opinions about the current situation of Chinese students who have been quarantined and whether additional help from the school is needed.

Chinese students wondered that if the start date would change again and if Chinese students couldn't come to Korea on time due to flight problems, etc., would be affected by attendance.

University president Cha Chun-soo said, “Currently, we are preparing various methods such as distance lectures so that there are no problems in obtaining credit for international students.”


“All Chinese students, including you, are students from Cheongju University, which are the same as Korean students, and I hope that all of them will concentrate on their studies and graduate smoothly.”

University president Cha Chun-soo said, “A lot of Chinese students will be coming from next week, and the school will spare no effort to support a smooth academic life.”


“I hope Chinese students will continue their school life without any problems by following the instructions of the school.”
