Department of Commerce and Trade, Exploration of Globalization of K-Sports

The Department of Trade held various activities under the theme of “Globalization of K-Sports.” This activity included a special lecture on the globalization of sports and a field trip to the facilities of the Cheonan Hyundai Capital Skywalkers Volleyball Team.

In the special lecture, Lee Kyo-chang, head of Hyundai Capital's volleyball team, explained his experience and knowledge in various aspects such as domestic sports' expansion into overseas markets, recruitment of overseas players, overseas training, and overseas marketing of companies.

Additionally, a lecture was given on globalization in terms of corporate social responsibility. Participating students toured the cutting-edge facilities and rehabilitation facilities of the Hyundai Capital Skywalkers volleyball team and experienced actual operating conditions. Through this, students gained new perspectives and experiences about the globalization of K-sports.
